We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leading a team of developers and delivering end-to-end software solutions. You will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and support, while ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, React, and Azure
Participate in software architecture and design reviews
Build scalable applications using Microservices and Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and UX teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Manage project tracking including dashboards, velocity, burn-down charts, and reporting
Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
Identify risks/issues proactively and escalate when needed
Drive technical decision-making and ensure best practices implementation
💻 Technical Expertise
Strong experience in:
C#, .NET Core / .NET 8
React, React Native, Redux
REST APIs / Web Services
Experience with:
Azure (App Services, AKS, Storage, Service Bus, Functions, App Insights)
Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Containers
CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Hands-on experience in:
Database design, SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ
Frontend technologies (TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI)
Exposure to modern technologies:
Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
Experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively

Experience working on multi-shore/global projects
Understanding of Supply Chain domain is a plus
