Key Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, React, and Azure\nParticipate in software architecture and design reviews\nBuild scalable applications using Microservices and Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture\nDevelop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services\nWork closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and UX teams\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)\nManage project tracking including dashboards, velocity, burn-down charts, and reporting\nEnsure project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget\nIdentify risks/issues proactively and escalate when needed\nDrive technical decision-making and ensure best practices implementation\n?? Technical Expertise\nStrong experience in:\nC#, .NET Core / .NET 8\nReact, React Native, Redux\nREST APIs / Web Services\nExperience with:\nAzure (App Services, AKS, Storage, Service Bus, Functions, App Insights)\nDocker, Kubernetes (AKS), Containers\nCI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)\nHands-on experience in:\nDatabase design, SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ\nFrontend technologies (TypeScript, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI)\nExposure to modern technologies:\nAgentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI\n?? Required Skills & Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies\nB.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field\nStrong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns\nExperience in microservices architecture and distributed systems\nStrong knowledge of SDLC models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)\nExperience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to lead multiple projects and prioritize effectively\n??
