You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to drive impactful automation initiatives.\n\n---\n\n??? Key Responsibilities\n\n?? Gather and analyze automation requirements from business stakeholders\n?? Design and document PDDs & SDDs for RPA solutions\n?? Collaborate with RPA developers for accurate implementation\n?? Identify automation opportunities through process assessments\n?? Perform testing and validation of automated workflows\n?? Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders\n?? Monitor and optimize RPA performance\n?? Ensure best practices in security, exception handling & process design\n\n---\n\n?? Required Skills & Qualifications\n\n? 6+ years of Business Analysis experience (3+ years in RPA)\n? Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, architecture & governance\n? Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism\n? Expertise in creating PDDs & SDDs\n? Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills\n\n---\n\n? Nice to Have\n\n? RPA Certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism)\n? Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle\n? Knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python)\n\n---\n\n??
