We are seeking an experienced professional who can analyze, design, and optimize RPA solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to drive impactful automation initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Gather and analyze automation requirements from business stakeholders
✔️ Design and document PDDs & SDDs for RPA solutions
✔️ Collaborate with RPA developers for accurate implementation
✔️ Identify automation opportunities through process assessments
✔️ Perform testing and validation of automated workflows
✔️ Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders
✔️ Monitor and optimize RPA performance
✔️ Ensure best practices in security, exception handling & process design

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 6+ years of Business Analysis experience (3+ years in RPA)
✅ Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, architecture & governance
✅ Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism
✅ Expertise in creating PDDs & SDDs
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

➕ RPA Certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism)
➕ Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle
➕ Knowledge of scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, Python)
