In this role, you will leverage advanced mathematical modeling, optimization techniques, and data analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges and drive operational excellence.\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Mathematical Modeling & Optimization\nDevelop, refine, and review mathematical models for supply chain systems including inventory, production planning, transportation, and distribution\nApply advanced optimization techniques such as linear programming, integer programming, network flow, simulation, and heuristic algorithms\nConduct sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment\nTranslate business requirements into scalable optimization models\n?? Data Analysis & Insights\nAnalyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights\nCollaborate with data teams to gather, preprocess, and validate data\nDeliver insights to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels\n?? Solution Deployment\nPresent insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner\nBalance speed to market with analytical rigor in solution design\nWork closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and deployment\n?? Research & Innovation\nStay updated with advancements in operations research and optimization techniques\nExplore innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance and efficiency\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through research and experimentation\n??? Required Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or related field\n3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization\nStrong expertise in mathematical modeling and optimization techniques\nProficiency in Python / R / MATLAB\nExperience with optimization tools such as Gurobi, FICO, CPLEX\nHands-on experience with data analysis & visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)\nStrong understanding of supply chain concepts:\nDemand Forecasting\nInventory Management\nProduction Planning\nTransportation & Logistics\nDistribution Networks\n??
