We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Data Science to join our Digital Transformation Office. In this role, you will leverage advanced mathematical modeling, optimization techniques, and data analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges and drive operational excellence.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
📊 Mathematical Modeling & Optimization
Develop, refine, and review mathematical models for supply chain systems including inventory, production planning, transportation, and distribution
Apply advanced optimization techniques such as linear programming, integer programming, network flow, simulation, and heuristic algorithms
Conduct sensitivity analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment
Translate business requirements into scalable optimization models
📈 Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
Collaborate with data teams to gather, preprocess, and validate data
Deliver insights to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels
⚙️ Solution Deployment
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
Balance speed to market with analytical rigor in solution design
Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery and deployment

Stay updated with advancements in operations research and optimization techniques
Explore innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through research and experimentation
🛠️ Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization
Strong expertise in mathematical modeling and optimization techniques
Proficiency in Python / R / MATLAB
Experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi, FICO, CPLEX
Hands-on experience with data analysis & visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts:
