Role Overview\nThe Human Resource Director plays a critical leadership role in overseeing HR operations across the organization’s four verticals. This position is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the institute’s vision, while fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day HR operations across all four verticals.\nDevelop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.\nCollaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and processes.\nLead strategic HR planning and execution initiatives.\nHire, mentor, and evaluate HR team members.\nOversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.\nManage employee onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance reviews.\nBuild and maintain strong employee relations and engagement initiatives.\nProvide HR advisory and strategic counsel to senior leadership.\nPlan and direct training and development programs, including for senior managers.\nConduct regular HR skip-level meetings and one-on-one interactions.\nMonitor and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) across verticals.\nDrive talent management, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.\nOversee the complete employee lifecycle management process.\n?? Ideal Candidate Profile\n10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multi-vertical organization.\nStrong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.\nMBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management.\nProven leadership and team management capabilities.\nExcellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\n??
