🔍 Role Overview
The Human Resource Director plays a critical leadership role in overseeing HR operations across the organization’s four verticals. This position is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the institute’s vision, while fostering a high-performance and people-centric culture.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations across all four verticals.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR policies and processes.
Lead strategic HR planning and execution initiatives.
Hire, mentor, and evaluate HR team members.
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Manage employee onboarding, compensation & benefits, and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Provide HR advisory and strategic counsel to senior leadership.
Plan and direct training and development programs, including for senior managers.
Conduct regular HR skip-level meetings and one-on-one interactions.
Monitor and manage the Performance Management System (PMS) across verticals.
Drive talent management, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle management process.
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multi-vertical organization.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
