Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager – Social Media & Community Engagement to lead and scale our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and community building across multiple social platforms.
This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership skills to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously optimize social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage brand presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and launches
2. Audience Engagement & Community Building
Build and nurture online communities and audience relationships
Drive engagement through interactive content, discussions, and campaigns
Respond to audience queries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner
3. Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and growth
Use analytics tools to derive actionable insights
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
4. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Identify viral opportunities and implement innovative content strategies
5. Content Optimization
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create high-quality, engaging content
Ensure content is optimized for each platform and target audience
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor social media executives or team members
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, branding, and product

Proven experience in Social Media Marketing & Management

Analytics Optimization
Hands-on experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content strategies
Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Preferred Skills
Experience managing large-scale communities or brand pages
Familiarity with paid social campaigns and ad optimization
Exposure to influencer collaborations and partnerships
