🚀 Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Identify and attract top talent through multiple sourcing channels
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Improve hiring processes and candidate experience

Prior experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environments
