As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, and translating technical product benefits into business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Collaborate with the technical team for demos, POCs, and solution presentations
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights
- Build strong client relationships through face-to-face interactions
- Prepare proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share weekly progress reports
- Develop post-sales relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for smooth implementation
