🔹 Role Overview

As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful data-driven insights.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive dashboards, visual reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop
- Build and manage Analysis Services (SSAS) reporting models
- Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources for BI solutions
- Design tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards
- Create advanced calculations using DAX and optimize report performance
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and understand application security models
- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights
- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and UX/UI teams to design best-in-class visualizations
- Maintain project documentation and follow design methodologies
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are followed

🔥 Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Server, Premium, Power Query)
- Experience with Microsoft BI Stack: Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
- Hands-on experience with SQL and query performance tuning
- Knowledge of Tableau and SAP BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with data modeling (relational & multidimensional databases)
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Experience working with large datasets/data warehouses
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)

⭐ Good to Have

- Experience with Azure, Synapse Analytics, and cloud-based data solutions
- Knowledge of ETL development and large-scale data warehousing
- Experience building distributed data processing systems
- Exposure to integrating Power BI with enterprise data platforms
