?? Hiring: Power BI Developer \n\nWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, data modeling, and visualization. Experience: 5–8Years\n\n---\n\n?? Role Overview\n\nAs a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver impactful data-driven insights.\n\n---\n\n? Key Responsibilities\n\n- Develop interactive dashboards, visual reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop\n- Build and manage Analysis Services (SSAS) reporting models\n- Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources for BI solutions\n- Design tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards\n- Create advanced calculations using DAX and optimize report performance\n- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and understand application security models\n- Work with large datasets and perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights\n- Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for client stakeholders\n- Collaborate with technical and UX/UI teams to design best-in-class visualizations\n- Maintain project documentation and follow design methodologies\n- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are followed\n\n---\n\n?? Mandatory Skills\n\n- Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop, Service, Server, Premium, Power Query)\n- Experience with Microsoft BI Stack: Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS\n- Hands-on experience with SQL and query performance tuning\n- Knowledge of Tableau and SAP BI tools\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\n- Experience with data modeling (relational & multidimensional databases)\n- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions\n- Experience working with large datasets/data warehouses\n- Strong communication and client-facing skills\n- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)\n\n---\n\n? Good to Have\n\n- Experience with Azure, Synapse Analytics, and cloud-based data solutions\n- Knowledge of ETL development and large-scale data warehousing\n- Experience building distributed data processing systems\n- Exposure to integrating Power BI with enterprise data platforms\n\n---\n\n??
