The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern data governance platforms and a good understanding of the CPG/Retail industry. Exposure to cloud and data engineering platforms will be an added advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and support data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization\nWork with stakeholders to define data quality rules, data stewardship, and metadata management\nManage and configure data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or similar platforms\nEnsure data compliance, data lineage, and data cataloging across systems\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to improve data quality and consistency\nSupport data governance initiatives for enterprise data platforms including cloud environments\nDocument processes, workflows, and governance standards\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management concepts\nExperience with at least one data governance tool such as:\nCollibra\nInformatica (Axon / IDQ)\nAlation\nAtaccama\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities\nPreferred Skills\nUnderstanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) / Retail industry processes and data models\nBasic knowledge of Databricks and Azure Cloud fundamentals\nFamiliarity with data warehousing and ETL processes\nExposure to data compliance standards and regulatory requirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\nPerks & Benefits\nCompetitive salary package\nHealth insurance\nFlexible work environment\nLearning & development opportunities\nIf you want, I can also:\nMake it senior-level / manager-level\nAdd salary (CTC), notice period, interview rounds\nOr tailor it for a specific client/company like you did earlier ??
