- Experience working with Open-Source Performance Testing tools e.g., JMeter
- Ability to understand Agile methodologies
- Awareness of test case management tools e.g., JIRA
- Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline
- Experience in monitoring tools like e.g., Dynatrace
- Good experience in different types of Performance tests e.g.,, Load, Smoke, Endurance, Spike tests

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans using JMeter/LoadRunner/Neoload to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop automation frameworks for regression testing of applications using various tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
- Participate in Agile development cycles by providing input on project requirements and contributing to sprint planning.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in performance engineering.
