🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SAP Ariba Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (On-Demand) solutions. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring high performance and seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.

SAP Ariba (Minimum 4 Years Experience)
SAP S/4HANA (Minimum 3 Years Experience)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔧 Technical Ownership & Support
Provide production and technical support for SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing solutions.
Monitor, maintain, and enhance Ariba On-Demand (cloud) platform.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ariba configurations, releases, and features.
🔗 Integration & System Management
Manage integrations between Ariba and S/4HANA via:
Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
PI / Open ICS / WebMethods
Ensure smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and system optimization.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance integration performance.
⚙️ Development & Optimization
Collaborate with SAP development teams for system enhancements.
Automate and optimize workflows and processes.
Ensure adherence to integration, security, and compliance standards.
🔄 System Upgrades & Governance
Oversee upgrades, patching, and release testing.
Maintain system stability, availability, and performance.
🧾 Functional Expertise
SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing (including Guided Buying)
Catalog creation and enablement
Workflow configuration (users, suppliers, approvals)
Purchase Order (PO) and Invoicing processes
Creating and updating tiles
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA tables, configurations, and master data
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
4–8 years of relevant experience (8+ years preferred for senior candidates)
