We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OCCAS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in telecom protocols and real-time communication systems. The ideal candidate will work on advanced communication platforms, handling high-performance and scalable telecom solutions.

🛠️ Key Skills Required
• Oracle OCCAS / Oracle Converged Application Server
• Strong programming in C/C++
• Linux environment experience
• Multithreading & concurrent programming
• Telecom protocols: SIP / IMS
• Diameter protocols (Ro, Rf, Sh, S6a)
• SS7 (SCCP, TCAP, ISUP)
• SIGTRAN (M3UA)
• WebRTC, RTP / RTCP, Media Server
• REST APIs & JSON
• Debugging tools like Wireshark
• Version control: Git / GitLab
• Containerization: Docker
• Kubernetes (Good to have)
• Agile development methodologies
