🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive growth through strategic partnerships, channel development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset and experience handling premium clients.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Drive network expansion across major Indian metros
Identify and onboard strategic partners and distributors
Develop and manage B2B2C sales channels
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Manage CRM tools and track sales pipelines
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
✅ Required Skills
Experience in B2B Sales and Channel Sales
Strong background in Strategic Partnerships
Ability to handle premium / high-value clients
Excellent communication skills (English)
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
