Solution Deployment\nPresent insights and recommendations to business stakeholders\nBalance speed to market with analytical rigor\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Project Managers for deployment\n?? Research & Innovation\nStay updated on Operations Research and Supply Chain Optimization trends\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical approaches\n?? Required Skills & Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or related field\n3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization / Data Science\nStrong expertise in:\nMathematical modeling & optimization techniques\nLinear & Integer Programming, Simulation, Heuristics\nProgramming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB\nExperience with optimization tools like Gurobi, CPLEX, FICO\nHands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy\nKnowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI\nStrong understanding of supply chain concepts:\nDemand Forecasting\nInventory Management\nLogistics & Distribution\n??
