Key Responsibilities\nDevelop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards\nBuild and maintain Analysis Services (SSAS) reporting models\nConnect to multiple data sources, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)\nDesign and implement row-level security (RLS) and data access controls\nWrite and optimize DAX queries and advanced calculations\nDevelop tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards\nOptimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights\nEnsure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained\nCreate documentation for reports, models, and development processes\nWork with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-friendly visualizations\nPerform SQL query optimization and performance tuning\nPresent insights and reports to client and internal teams\n?? Technical Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nPower BI (Desktop, Service, Server, Premium, Power Query)\nDAX and Data Modeling\nExperience with:\nMicrosoft BI Stack (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS)\nSQL and database performance tuning\nData Warehousing concepts\nFamiliarity with:\nTableau, SAP BI tools\nMS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)\n?? Required Skills & Qualifications\n2–5 years of experience in Power BI / Data Analytics roles\nStrong understanding of relational and multidimensional database design\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience working with large datasets and data warehouses\nStrong communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders\nAbility to convert business requirements into technical solutions\n??
