🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Developer to design and deliver high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across business functions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to build scalable, secure, and performance-optimized BI solutions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
Build and maintain Analysis Services (SSAS) reporting models
Connect to multiple data sources, perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
Design and implement row-level security (RLS) and data access controls
Write and optimize DAX queries and advanced calculations
Develop tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained
Create documentation for reports, models, and development processes
Work with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-friendly visualizations
Perform SQL query optimization and performance tuning
Present insights and reports to client and internal teams
💻 Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:
Power BI (Desktop, Service, Server, Premium, Power Query)
DAX and Data Modeling
Experience with:
Microsoft BI Stack (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS)
SQL and database performance tuning
Data Warehousing concepts
Familiarity with:
Tableau, SAP BI tools
MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced functions)
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Power BI / Data Analytics roles
Strong understanding of relational and multidimensional database design
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
Strong communication skills with ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions

Experience with Azure (Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Factory)
Exposure to ETL development and data pipeline design
Experience in building large-scale data warehousing solutions
Knowledge of distributed data processing systems
