Job Summary\nWe are looking for a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in manufacturing or automotive along with hands-on experience in Salesforce clouds.\n??? Key Responsibilities\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders\nPrepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications\nDesign and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud\nWork on Lightning & Classic Service Console configurations\nCreate and execute end-to-end test scenarios and UAT support\nCollaborate with technical teams for solution delivery and enhancements\nManage tasks and track progress using JIRA dashboards\nProvide functional support and user training\nEnsure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business processes\n? Required Skills\nStrong experience in Salesforce Functional Consulting (SFDC)\nHands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud\nExperience in requirement analysis, BRD, and functional design documentation\nFamiliarity with Lightning & Classic Service Console\nExperience with JIRA and Agile workflows\nKnowledge of E2E testing and UAT processes\nGood understanding of Manufacturing / Automotive domain\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n?? Preferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field\nSalesforce certifications (Admin / Consultant) preferred\nStrong stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\n??
