🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation across Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in manufacturing or automotive along with hands-on experience in Salesforce clouds.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications
Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Work on Lightning & Classic Service Console configurations
Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios and UAT support
Collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery and enhancements
Manage tasks and track progress using JIRA dashboards
Provide functional support and user training
Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business processes
✅ Required Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce Functional Consulting (SFDC)
Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
Experience in requirement analysis, BRD, and functional design documentation
Familiarity with Lightning & Classic Service Console
Experience with JIRA and Agile workflows
Knowledge of E2E testing and UAT processes
Good understanding of Manufacturing / Automotive domain
Excellent communication and presentation skills
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Salesforce certifications (Admin / Consultant) preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
