Job Summary:\nWe are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) to build and automate account reconciliation and transaction matching processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical EPM skills along with a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.\n?? Key Responsibilities:\n• Develop, configure, and support ARCS components (profiles, formats, rules, matching logic, dashboards)\n• Design and manage reconciliation processes (balance comparison, transaction matching, variance analysis)\n• Configure reconciliation types (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Transaction Matching, etc.)\n• Build integrations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Data Integration tools\n• Support period-end close activities, certification, and compliance tracking\n• Collaborate with Finance teams to translate business requirements into ARCS solutions\n• Implement workflows, approvals, alerts, and governance controls\n?? Mandatory Skills:\n• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle EPM (minimum 1 ARCS implementation)\n• Strong understanding of account reconciliation & financial close cycles\n• Hands-on with ARCS rules, formats, transaction matching & certifications\n• Experience in data integration, automation, and source system connectivity\n• Good knowledge of Finance/Accounting concepts (balance sheet, reconciliations)\n? Good to Have:\n• Experience with other EPM modules (FCCS, EDMCS, Planning)\n• Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS standards\n• Experience with EPM Automate, REST APIs, integration tools\n??
