🚀 Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) to build and automate account reconciliation and transaction matching processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical EPM skills along with a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and support ARCS components (profiles, formats, rules, matching logic, dashboards)
• Design and manage reconciliation processes (balance comparison, transaction matching, variance analysis)
• Configure reconciliation types (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Transaction Matching, etc.)
• Build integrations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Data Integration tools
• Support period-end close activities, certification, and compliance tracking
• Collaborate with Finance teams to translate business requirements into ARCS solutions
• Implement workflows, approvals, alerts, and governance controls
🛠 Mandatory Skills:
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle EPM (minimum 1 ARCS implementation)
• Strong understanding of account reconciliation & financial close cycles
• Hands-on with ARCS rules, formats, transaction matching & certifications
• Experience in data integration, automation, and source system connectivity
• Good knowledge of Finance/Accounting concepts (balance sheet, reconciliations)
➕ Good to Have:
• Experience with other EPM modules (FCCS, EDMCS, Planning)
• Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS standards
• Experience with EPM Automate, REST APIs, integration tools
