Role Overview\nWe are looking for a dedicated and spiritually inclined Temple & Spiritual Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the Shivoham Temple. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to enhancing the spiritual experience of devotees.\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Temple Operations\nManage day-to-day temple activities and ensure smooth functioning.\nImplement strategic objectives of the foundation.\nOversee temple operations including rituals, events, and devotee services.\nMaintain proper stock management for temple requirements.\n?? Performance & Engagement\nMonitor footfall and improve devotee engagement and conversion.\nEnsure seamless execution of pujas and spiritual activities.\nEnhance devotee satisfaction through service excellence.\n?? Events & Festivals\nPlan, organize, and manage temple festivals and special events.\nEnsure all arrangements are executed efficiently during peak times.\n?? Team Management\nLead and manage a diverse team including Chief Archakas, stall executives, devotee service staff, and housekeeping.\nEnsure team members are punctual and present in assigned areas.\nMonitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.\nDevelop team capabilities through training and mentoring.\n?? Operations Excellence\nEnsure high standards of discipline, cleanliness, and service delivery.\nReview daily activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively.\nPlan and implement special arrangements for important occasions.\n?? Required Expertise & Skills\nStrong people management and leadership skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication abilities.\nKnowledge of spirituality and temple practices (preferred).\nStrong focus on customer (devotee) satisfaction and service excellence.\nExperience in customer service, operations, or hospitality is an advantage.\nHigh sense of responsibility with an attitude of “Service Before Self.”\n??
