We are looking for a dedicated and spiritually inclined Temple & Spiritual Director to oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the Shivoham Temple. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to enhancing the spiritual experience of devotees.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
πŸ›• Temple Operations
Manage day-to-day temple activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Implement strategic objectives of the foundation.
Oversee temple operations including rituals, events, and devotee services.
Maintain proper stock management for temple requirements.
πŸ“Š Performance & Engagement
Monitor footfall and improve devotee engagement and conversion.
Ensure seamless execution of pujas and spiritual activities.
Enhance devotee satisfaction through service excellence.
πŸŽ‰ Events & Festivals
Plan, organize, and manage temple festivals and special events.
Ensure all arrangements are executed efficiently during peak times.
πŸ‘₯ Team Management
Lead and manage a diverse team including Chief Archakas, stall executives, devotee service staff, and housekeeping.
Ensure team members are punctual and present in assigned areas.
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Develop team capabilities through training and mentoring.

Ensure high standards of discipline, cleanliness, and service delivery.
Review daily activities and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
Plan and implement special arrangements for important occasions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of spirituality and temple practices (preferred).
Strong focus on customer (devotee) satisfaction and service excellence.
Experience in customer service, operations, or hospitality is an advantage.
