This role involves solving complex problems using machine learning, optimization techniques, and large-scale data processing to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.\n??? Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and enhance demand forecasting models using statistical and machine learning techniques\nWork closely with business and engineering teams to align models with real-world requirements\nPerform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python and SQL\nDesign and execute model experiments, tuning, and performance evaluation\nBuild and deploy time-series and multivariate forecasting models\nIntegrate new data sources to improve model accuracy\nCommunicate model logic, assumptions, and outcomes to stakeholders\nEnsure model transparency, explainability, and trust\nContinuously improve models using monitoring and feedback loops\n?? Required Skills & Expertise\n5+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics\nStrong programming skills in Python and SQL\nExperience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms\nSolid understanding of time-series forecasting techniques\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and scalable systems\nKnowledge of tools like Hadoop, Hive, or Scala (preferred)\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders\n??
