🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, build, and lead enterprise-scale data platforms across cloud and on-premise ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in data architecture, governance, and modern data solutions to enable scalable, secure, and high-performance data environments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise data architecture across cloud and on-prem platforms.
Develop scalable data models, data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.
Lead data strategy, governance, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
Define and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices.
Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Evaluate and implement modern data technologies and tools.
Mentor teams and provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives.
🧩 Required Skills & Expertise
Strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data processing.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:
Azure (Synapse, Data Factory)
AWS (Redshift, Glue, S3)
GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
Deep knowledge of:
Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse architectures
Experience in:
Data Governance & Master Data Management (MDM)
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional, normalized, etc.)
Experience with modern data frameworks and distributed systems
⭐ Preferred Skills
Exposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)
Knowledge of BI & visualization tools
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

12–14 years of experience in data engineering/architecture roles
Proven track record of designing enterprise data platforms
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
