Role Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, build, and lead enterprise-scale data platforms across cloud and on-premise ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in data architecture, governance, and modern data solutions to enable scalable, secure, and high-performance data environments.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nDesign and implement enterprise data architecture across cloud and on-prem platforms.\nDevelop scalable data models, data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures.\nLead data strategy, governance, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.\nDefine and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices.\nArchitect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.\nEnsure data security, compliance, and performance optimization.\nEvaluate and implement modern data technologies and tools.\nMentor teams and provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives.\n?? Required Skills & Expertise\nStrong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data processing.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms:\nAzure (Synapse, Data Factory)\nAWS (Redshift, Glue, S3)\nGCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)\nDeep knowledge of:\nData Lake, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse architectures\nExperience in:\nData Governance & Master Data Management (MDM)\nStrong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional, normalized, etc.)\nExperience with modern data frameworks and distributed systems\n? Preferred Skills\nExposure to real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.)\nKnowledge of BI & visualization tools\nExperience working in Agile environments\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n?? Ideal Candidate Profile\n12–14 years of experience in data engineering/architecture roles\nProven track record of designing enterprise data platforms\nStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment\n??
