🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer – Agentic AI to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect and integrate Agentic AI solutions from concept to production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate real-world business problems into intelligent, autonomous systems and lead a team of engineers in building scalable AI-driven applications.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Agentic AI solutions
Build and deploy AI applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google Vertex AI
Work on Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning
Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models (Regression, Classification, NLP, ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML system architectures
Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost
Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks
Implement Responsible AI practices (model explainability, monitoring, data privacy)
Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and UX teams for solution delivery
Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality output
💻 Technical Expertise
Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript
Backend expertise in .NET / Node.js / Python
Hands-on experience with:
Microservices architecture & REST APIs
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
SQL and database design
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS)
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with Agentic AI exposure
Strong foundation in:
Machine Learning & Data Science
Feature Engineering & Model Evaluation
Neural Networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
Hands-on experience with:
NLP & Transformer models (Encoder, Decoder architectures)
Generative AI & LLMs (RAG, embeddings, grounding techniques)
Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio)
Strong prompt engineering skills
Proven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
