We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director – Mall Operations to lead and manage end-to-end mall operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless facility management, tenant coordination, safety compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee daily mall operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services
✔️ Coordinate with tenants for fit-outs, handovers, and occupancy management
✔️ Support leasing activities and ensure smooth tenant onboarding
✔️ Ensure preventive maintenance and adherence to all statutory compliances
✔️ Manage vendors, monitor budgets, and control operational costs
✔️ Drive operational excellence and enhance overall customer experience
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Graduate in any discipline
🔹 8+ years of experience in mall/retail operations (leasing exposure preferred)
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Excellent vendor management and coordination abilities
🔹 Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
