About the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Director – Mall Operations to lead and manage end-to-end mall operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless facility management, tenant coordination, safety compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Oversee daily mall operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services\n?? Coordinate with tenants for fit-outs, handovers, and occupancy management\n?? Support leasing activities and ensure smooth tenant onboarding\n?? Ensure preventive maintenance and adherence to all statutory compliances\n?? Manage vendors, monitor budgets, and control operational costs\n?? Drive operational excellence and enhance overall customer experience\n?? Requirements\n?? Graduate in any discipline\n?? 8+ years of experience in mall/retail operations (leasing exposure preferred)\n?? Strong leadership and team management skills\n??
