3–7 years of Data & ETL Testing experience.
Strong SQL and ETL Testing skills.
Automation experience with Python and SQL.
Agile methodology experience.
Cloud/AWS knowledge.
Experience with test case and defect management tools such as qTest, Jira, or equivalent.
Exposure to Test Lead responsibilities is preferred.
Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools.
Knowledge of application environments and test environment preparation.
Experience with automation, performance, and security testing strategies.

Review Data Mapping requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and assess project risks and exposures.
Participate in Mainframe design reviews and understand application/system designs.
Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Design test cases covering data setup, execution steps, and expected results.
Create ETL automation scripts using Python and SQL.
Execute functional, integration, conversion, regression, stress, platform, and intersystem testing.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and project teams for expected and actual results.
Log and manage defects in qTest/Jira through closure.
Provide regular testing status, issues, and risk updates to the Test Lead/Project Manager.
Prepare test reports and participate in lessons-learned sessions.
Support automation, performance, and security testing initiatives.
Work flexible hours/weekends when required.
