Key Responsibilities\nPlan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects\nWork within Agile / Scrum methodologies and manage sprint cycles\nOversee SDLC processes from requirement gathering to delivery\nCoordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives\nManage project timelines, budgets, and resources\nIdentify and mitigate risks and issues proactively\nConduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives\nTrack project progress using tools like Jira and MS Project\nEnsure quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines\nLead and mentor project teams effectively\n? Required Skills\nStrong experience in Project Management (IT Projects)\nHands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks\nGood understanding of SDLC methodologies\nExpertise in Stakeholder Management\nExperience in Risk & Issue Management\nProficiency with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools\nStrong resource planning and budgeting skills\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities\n??
