🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects successfully. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects
Work within Agile / Scrum methodologies and manage sprint cycles
Oversee SDLC processes from requirement gathering to delivery
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Track project progress using tools like Jira and MS Project
Ensure quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
Lead and mentor project teams effectively
✅ Required Skills
Strong experience in Project Management (IT Projects)
Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks
Good understanding of SDLC methodologies
Expertise in Stakeholder Management
Experience in Risk & Issue Management
Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools
Strong resource planning and budgeting skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
PMP / Scrum Master certification (preferred)
Experience in handling cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
