The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HCM, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement and configure SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll).\nIntegrate SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors (SF) for seamless HR processes.\nProvide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and solutions.\nConduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.\nTrain end-users and provide ongoing support.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in SAP HCM.\nStrong understanding of HR processes and best practices.\nProficiency in SAP HCM modules.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSAP HCM certification.\nExperience with global SAP HCM implementations.\nKnowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA.
