🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead Solution Architect to bridge the gap between advanced Data Science and production-grade applications. In this role, you will design and lead end-to-end architectures for Agentic AI systems, Chatbots, and Voice-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security.

The ideal candidate understands that successful AI solutions go beyond models—they require strong architecture, robust infrastructure, and seamless application integration.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 AI Integration Architecture
Design and implement end-to-end architectures integrating LLMs, Agentic AI workflows, and ML models into web and mobile applications
Ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI deployments
🔹 Voice & NLP Solutions
Architect solutions leveraging Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
Build interactive, real-time conversational AI experiences
🔹 Infrastructure Design
Define infrastructure requirements including GPU/CPU sizing, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and scalable storage systems
Design architectures optimized for performance, latency, and cost
🔹 Microservices & API Architecture
Lead API-first architecture design using REST and GraphQL
Ensure modular, scalable, and highly available microservices ecosystems
🔹 AI/ML Frameworks
Work hands-on with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI for building autonomous AI agents
Enable orchestration of multi-agent workflows and tool integrations
🔹 Data Security & Privacy
Implement enterprise-grade security practices including:
PII masking and data anonymization
Encryption at rest and in transit
Compliance with data residency and regulatory standards
🔹 Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as a bridge between:
Data Engineering teams (pipelines, feature stores)
Application teams (frontend/backend)
Ensure seamless end-to-end data and application flow
🔹 Technical Pre-requisites & Governance
Conduct architecture reviews, feasibility studies, and solution design workshops
Define system requirements including latency, throughput, and token optimization strategies
💻 Technical Expertise
Strong experience in one or more:
Python / .NET / Node.js / JavaScript
Frontend exposure:
React.js or similar frameworks
Hands-on experience with:
LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
Cloud Platforms:
Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Speech Services)
Azure App Services, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
CI/CD:
GitHub Actions or similar tools
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Leadership roles
Strong background in AI/ML system design and application integration
Experience designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred)
Strong knowledge of API design, system integration, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
