We are looking for a well-groomed and courteous Darban (Doorman) to be the face of our establishment. This role is crucial in creating a strong first impression and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
✔️ Ensure a premium first impression at the entrance
✔️ Assist guests with entry, exit, and basic concierge support
✔️ Manage guest flow efficiently during peak hours
✔️ Coordinate with security and front office teams
✔️ Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and discipline
✔️ Provide assistance to elderly or special-needs guests when required
✔️ Monitor surroundings and report any unusual activities
✔️ Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area
🎯 Requirements
🔹 Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Darban/Doorman in hotels, malls, or premium establishments
🔹 Well-groomed personality with a presentable appearance
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Basic understanding of guest handling and hospitality etiquette
🔹 Alert, disciplined, and service-oriented mindset
🔹 Ability to stand for long hours and manage physical duties
🌟 Preferred Skills
✔️ Experience in luxury hotels or high-end commercial spaces
✔️ Knowledge of basic security protocols
✔️ Multilingual communication skills (added advantage)
