Role Overview\nWe are looking for a well-groomed and courteous Darban (Doorman) to be the face of our establishment. This role is crucial in creating a strong first impression and delivering a warm, welcoming experience to all guests.\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy\n?? Ensure a premium first impression at the entrance\n?? Assist guests with entry, exit, and basic concierge support\n?? Manage guest flow efficiently during peak hours\n?? Coordinate with security and front office teams\n?? Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and discipline\n?? Provide assistance to elderly or special-needs guests when required\n?? Monitor surroundings and report any unusual activities\n?? Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area\n?? Requirements\n?? Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Darban/Doorman in hotels, malls, or premium establishments\n?? Well-groomed personality with a presentable appearance\n?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n?? Basic understanding of guest handling and hospitality etiquette\n?? Alert, disciplined, and service-oriented mindset\n?? Ability to stand for long hours and manage physical duties\n?? Preferred Skills\n?? Experience in luxury hotels or high-end commercial spaces\n?? Knowledge of basic security protocols\n??
