About the Role\n\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer – Agentic AI to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect and integrate Agentic AI solutions from concept to production.\n\nYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate real-world business problems into intelligent, autonomous systems and lead a team of engineers in building scalable AI-driven applications.\n\n??? Key Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deliver end-to-end Agentic AI solutions\nBuild and deploy AI applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google Vertex AI\nWork on Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLM fine-tuning\nDesign and implement machine learning and deep learning models (Regression, Classification, NLP, ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)\nTranslate business problems into scalable AI/ML system architectures\nEnsure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost\nEvaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks\nImplement Responsible AI practices (model explainability, monitoring, data privacy)\nDevelop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and full-stack applications\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and UX teams for solution delivery\nLead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality output\n?? Technical Expertise\nStrong frontend experience with React, TypeScript\nBackend expertise in .NET / Node.js / Python\nHands-on experience with:\nMicroservices architecture & REST APIs\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nSQL and database design\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS)\n?? Required Skills & Qualifications\n6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with Agentic AI exposure\nStrong foundation in:\nMachine Learning & Data Science\nFeature Engineering & Model Evaluation\nNeural Networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)\nHands-on experience with:\nNLP & Transformer models (Encoder, Decoder architectures)\nGenerative AI & LLMs (RAG, embeddings, grounding techniques)\nAgentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Copilot Studio)\nStrong prompt engineering skills\nProven experience in designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems\nExcellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities\n??
