We are seeking a high-calibre, self-driven Business Development Executive to join Brombeer IT Solutions in a fully
digital, India-based capacity. This is not a training role. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in IT
services sales, understands the GCC market landscape, and is capable of independently identifying
opportunities, building pipelines, and converting leads into revenue-generating engagements.
The role requires zero hand-holding – you will be expected to hit the ground running from Day 1, leveraging your
existing knowledge of the IT services market, digital outreach tools, and client engagement best practices.
• Research and identify potential clients across GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) and Indian
markets through digital channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and online directories.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities in IT software development, managed services, IT
consulting, and allied technology services.
• Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, WhatsApp
business, and other digital touchpoints.
• Identify and target decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads, Operations Heads) within
mid-market and enterprise organisations.
