About the Role\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester with hands-on experience in functional and regression testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in Agile and DevOps environments, ensuring high-quality product delivery through thorough testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nPerform functional testing to validate features and ensure all requirements are met\nConduct regression testing to verify system stability after updates or enhancements\nLog, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to validate builds and support CI/CD pipelines\nCreate and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports\nWork closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure product quality\nEnsure adherence to quality standards and best testing practices\n??? Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 2–3 years of experience in Manual Testing\nStrong expertise in Functional Testing and Regression Testing\nHands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)\nExperience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)\nBasic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood communication and teamwork abilities\nAttention to detail and a quality-focused mindset\n??
