🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RPA Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives by analyzing, designing, and optimizing scalable RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
Design and document RPA solutions including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Work closely with RPA Developers to ensure accurate implementation of automation solutions
Conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities
Perform testing and validation of automated workflows
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices in process design, security, and exception handling
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 3+ years in RPA
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, architecture, and governance
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Automation Anywhere
UiPath
Blue Prism
Expertise in creating PDDs and SDDs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
⭐ Nice to Have
RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism)
Experience integrating RPA with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, Python
