The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements\nDesign and document RPA solutions including Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)\nWork closely with RPA Developers to ensure accurate implementation of automation solutions\nConduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities\nPerform testing and validation of automated workflows\nProvide training and support to end-users and stakeholders\nMonitor and optimize the performance of RPA solutions\nEnsure adherence to best practices in process design, security, and exception handling\n??? Required Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 3+ years in RPA\nStrong understanding of RPA lifecycle, architecture, and governance\nHands-on experience with tools like:\nAutomation Anywhere\nUiPath\nBlue Prism\nExpertise in creating PDDs and SDDs\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\n? Nice to Have\nRPA certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Blue Prism)\nExperience integrating RPA with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)\nFamiliarity with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, Python\n??
