This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to solve complex problems using machine learning, optimization, and data-driven strategies.\n??? Key Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify business problems and opportunities\nDevelop POCs and MVPs, and lead them to production deployment\nContribute to and influence machine learning strategy\nDesign and develop advanced ML and analytical models\nBuild solutions combining machine learning, simulation, and optimization techniques\nExtract insights from large, complex datasets\nDeploy models into production for actionable business outcomes\nCompare modeling approaches and recommend optimal solutions\nCreate dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling presentations\nBuild automated pipelines for model validation, deployment, and monitoring\nEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and reusable\nMentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership\nLead peer reviews and drive decision-making through insights\n?? Required Skills & Expertise\n7+ years of experience in Data Science\nStrong programming skills in Python / R and querying with SQL, Hadoop/Hive, Scala\nHands-on experience in feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning\nExpertise in:\nMachine Learning algorithms\nPredictive modeling & forecasting\nDecision trees & optimization techniques\nDeep learning methodologies\nExperience with Azure / AWS data platforms (ADF, Data Lake, Azure ML, Synapse, Databricks)\nStrong understanding of statistics, evaluation metrics, and data modeling\nExperience writing production-quality code, testing, and documentation\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n?? Educational Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field\nMaster’s degree preferred\n?? Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in Supply Chain domains (Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality)\nIndustry experience in CPG or Healthcare\nKnowledge of:\nPyomo / Mosel\nMulti-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO)\nTruck Load Optimization\nExposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or AR/VR\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and MLOps frameworks\nUnderstanding of data security practices in ML models\nHands-on experience deploying ML models in production\n??
