Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for private equity funds
- Review NAV calculations, investor allocations, and fund expenses
- Manage capital calls, drawdowns, and distribution processes
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Review portfolio valuations and reconciliation reports
- Lead investor reporting and stakeholder communication
- Drive process improvements, controls, and automation initiatives
- Manage and mentor fund accounting teams
- Collaborate with investment, legal, tax, and operations teams
