🎓 Education
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
💡 Experience & Expertise
• 8+ years with Microsoft Data Platforms (SQL Server, ETL, Reporting, T-SQL)
• 8+ years in Azure Cloud & Azure Data Warehousing
• 6+ years in data ingestion, processing, and transformation pipelines
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles & architecture patterns
• Expertise in data modeling (Normalized, Dimensional, Star, Snowflake schemas)
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS & SQL Server performance optimization
• Experience integrating structured & unstructured data sources
• Proficiency in query optimization, performance tuning & monitoring tools
• Experience in documentation (BRDs, technical specs)
• Proven leadership experience managing data/engineering teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Azure Data Program Delivery
• Own end-to-end delivery of Azure data solutions (design → deployment → support)
• Design and implement scalable data architectures with data cleansing, transformation, and modeling
• Work extensively with Azure services, SQL, integration tools, and Power BI
• Develop, deliver, and document data management & BI solutions (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
• Monitor and optimize BI tools and integrations for performance and reliability
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business standards
• Collaborate with architecture & delivery teams for sustainable solutions
• Support enterprise data platforms including databases, data warehouses, and BI systems
