Experience & Expertise\n• 8+ years with Microsoft Data Platforms (SQL Server, ETL, Reporting, T-SQL)\n• 8+ years in Azure Cloud & Azure Data Warehousing\n• 6+ years in data ingestion, processing, and transformation pipelines\n• Strong understanding of data engineering principles & architecture patterns\n• Expertise in data modeling (Normalized, Dimensional, Star, Snowflake schemas)\n• Deep knowledge of RDBMS & SQL Server performance optimization\n• Experience integrating structured & unstructured data sources\n• Proficiency in query optimization, performance tuning & monitoring tools\n• Experience in documentation (BRDs, technical specs)\n• Proven leadership experience managing data/engineering teams\n• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills\n?? Azure Data Program Delivery\n• Own end-to-end delivery of Azure data solutions (design ? deployment ? support)\n• Design and implement scalable data architectures with data cleansing, transformation, and modeling\n• Work extensively with Azure services, SQL, integration tools, and Power BI\n• Develop, deliver, and document data management & BI solutions (dashboards, reporting, analytics)\n• Monitor and optimize BI tools and integrations for performance and reliability\n• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business standards\n• Collaborate with architecture & delivery teams for sustainable solutions\n• Support enterprise data platforms including databases, data warehouses, and BI systems
