🚀 Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the entire technology function end-to-end
Define and execute the technology vision and strategy aligned with business goals

Oversee frontend, backend, and DevOps functions
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices
Drive innovation and adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support business growth
🎯 Pedigree Requirements
Strong experience in product-based companies / startup ecosystem
Proven track record of building and scaling platforms from scratch
High level of ownership and accountability
Exposure to open-source contributions or strong engineering communities preferred
