Core Technical Requirements

• Java Backend Specialist: The candidate must be a core backend expert. We are not looking for Fullstack, Cloud-native, or Analytics-focused profiles.
• API Development: Proven experience in designing and developing robust APIs.
• Mandatory Tech Stack: Kafka: Must have hands-on experience 
• Event-Driven Architecture: Deep understanding and practical implementation experience are mandatory.
• Distributed Systems: We are looking for candidates who have built scalable distributed systems. Candidates with experience limited to legacy monolithic architectures will not be considered.

Domain & Project Experience

We are specifically looking for candidates who have handled High-Value Transactions.

• Experience in Large Value Payment Systems and complex transaction management is essential.
• Important: Please do not share profiles based solely on \\Fintech\\ or \\Payment\\ domain keywords. The candidate must demonstrate actual technical work on the underlying payment rails and transaction logic, not just general industry experience.

Educational Qualifications

We are strictly looking for candidates with professional engineering degrees.
