Job Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced Vice President – Private Equity Fund Accounting to lead end-to-end fund accounting operations, financial reporting, valuations, and investor servicing. The role involves managing multi-fund structures, driving transformation initiatives, and leading global teams with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and automation.\n??? Key Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end private equity fund accounting operations\nOversee financial reporting, NAV calculations, and valuations\nManage capital calls, distributions, equalizations, and waterfall calculations\nEnsure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, ASC 946, ASC 820, AIFMD, FATCA/CRS, SOX controls\nDrive investor reporting and communication with LPs and auditors\nManage fund launches and lifecycle accounting activities\nLead process transformation and automation initiatives\nOversee system implementations and upgrades\nEnsure risk management, governance, and control frameworks\nProvide strong people leadership and mentoring across global teams\n?? Technical Skills & Tools\nPrivate Equity Fund Accounting & Alternative Investments\nAllvue, eFront, Yardi, Workiva, Investran\nPower BI / Tableau, Alteryx\nRPA and process automation tools\nStrong knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial instruments\n?? Leadership Focus\nStakeholder management (LPs, Deal Teams, Auditors)\nGlobal team leadership and performance management\nDriving process excellence and operational efficiency\nFund structuring, launches, and lifecycle management\nTechnology transformation and automation strategy\nStrong governance and risk management\n?? Qualifications\nBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance\nCPA / ACA preferred\n14+ years of experience in Private Equity / Alternative Investments\nStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skills\n??
