🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with expertise in .NET Core, React, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development efforts, building scalable applications, and guiding a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core and React
Build and maintain microservices-based architecture
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
Write clean, scalable code using C#.NET and ADO.NET
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
✅ Required Skills
Strong experience in .NET Core and C#.NET
Hands-on experience with React.js
Knowledge of Microservices architecture
Experience in REST API development
Familiarity with ADO.NET and backend development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic team leadership or mentoring experience
🎯 Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience working in Agile environments
Understanding of software design patterns and best practices
Good communication and collaboration skills
