Saviynt IGA Migration Specialist
Job Description
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA (implementation and/or migration).
- Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts: provisioning, access requests, certifications, RBAC, SoD, joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle.
- Experience with Saviynt connectors (REST, SCIM, LDAP, database, flat file, etc.) and endpoint onboarding.
- Ability to analyze custom or legacy IAM solutions and define migration approaches.
- Experience in SIT/UAT support, defect management, and production cutover.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Assessment and Design
- Assess existing custom IAM solutions and discuss with application teams to understand the AS-IS access control mechanisms.
- Define the TO-BE design for each application.
- Identify the appropriate Saviynt connector and finalize the migration approach.
Architecture
- Define the target architecture in Saviynt, deciding what is handled by IGA workflows, connectors, and external orchestration.
Implementation
- Onboard applications as endpoints in Saviynt.
- Configure and test connectors.
- Configure workflows, roles, entitlements, and access policies as required.
Planning and Cutover
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to build the cut-over plan, adhering to the organization's established processes.
- Execute go-live cutover activities and provide post-go-live support.
Testing and Quality
- Drive SIT and UAT testing.
- Lead defect triage and resolution.
Delivery and Collaboration
- Work in an Agile squad following Agile methodology and practices (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams, including application owners, security, infrastructure, and testing teams.
