🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to drive advanced analytics, machine learning initiatives, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business problems into scalable data science solutions and deliver impactful insights.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business problems and define analytical solutions
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and drive them through production deployment
Influence and contribute to machine learning strategy across digital initiatives
Recommend solutions balancing speed, scalability, and analytical accuracy
Design and implement robust machine learning models and algorithms
Build analytical models using tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and other open-source/commercial platforms
Combine ML techniques with simulation and optimization methods for advanced problem solving
Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
Deploy models into production environments ensuring performance and scalability
Compare multiple modeling approaches and recommend optimal solutions
Design visualizations and communicate insights through storytelling, presentations, and scenarios
Develop automated pipelines for model validation, deployment, and monitoring
Work across AI domains including data science, cognitive engineering, and conversational AI
Ensure solutions meet standards of security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
👥 Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members
Lead peer reviews and contribute to design discussions
Influence decision-making through strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI/ML
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams and geographies
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong expertise in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
Proficiency in Python / R / SQL
Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
