Key Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business problems and define analytical solutions\nDevelop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and drive them through production deployment\nInfluence and contribute to machine learning strategy across digital initiatives\nRecommend solutions balancing speed, scalability, and analytical accuracy\nDesign and implement robust machine learning models and algorithms\nBuild analytical models using tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow, and other open-source/commercial platforms\nCombine ML techniques with simulation and optimization methods for advanced problem solving\nAnalyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights\nDeploy models into production environments ensuring performance and scalability\nCompare multiple modeling approaches and recommend optimal solutions\nDesign visualizations and communicate insights through storytelling, presentations, and scenarios\nDevelop automated pipelines for model validation, deployment, and monitoring\nWork across AI domains including data science, cognitive engineering, and conversational AI\nEnsure solutions meet standards of security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability\n?? Leadership & Collaboration\nMentor and guide junior data scientists and team members\nLead peer reviews and contribute to design discussions\nInfluence decision-making through strong analytical and interpersonal skills\nProvide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI/ML\nFacilitate knowledge sharing across teams and geographies\n??? Required Skills\nStrong expertise in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling\nProficiency in Python / R / SQL\nExperience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn\nKnowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)\nHands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n??
