Chief Technology Officer
Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced CTO / Head of Engineering to lead and take complete ownership of the
organization’s technology function. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for the entire technology stack
including product architecture, backend and frontend development, infrastructure, DevOps, deployment, and
scaling of the platform.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong product or startup background and must have a proven track record of
building and scaling technology platforms while managing engineering teams and infrastructure independently.
Mandatory Technical Expertise:
Python (Backend Development)
Node.js
Next.js
Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend)
System Architecture & Scalable Product Development
DevOps (AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Management)
Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle, deployment, and scaling
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the entire technology function of the organisation.
Architect and scale the product, backend systems, and infrastructure.
Lead development across frontend, backend, and DevOps environments.
Build and manage a high-performance engineering team.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems.
Drive technology strategy aligned with business growth.
Oversee deployment, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
