Key Responsibilities\nDesign and develop RESTful and asynchronous APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask\nFollow API standards such as OpenAPI / Swagger for documentation and contract definition\nIntegrate backend services with various data platforms including:\nAzure Databricks (Databricks Connect / REST APIs)\nMicrosoft Fabric (OneLake, SQL Analytics Endpoints, REST APIs)\nSQL Server / Azure SQL Database using SQLAlchemy, pyodbc, or ODBC drivers\nOther relational and NoSQL data sources\nCollaborate with frontend teams (React or similar frameworks) to ensure smooth API integration and data contracts\nDesign and implement modular, scalable, and reusable code architecture\nEnsure proper error handling, logging, and API versioning strategies\nDeploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments\nFollow best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation\n?? Technical Expertise\nStrong experience in:\nPython backend development (FastAPI, Flask)\nAPI design and microservices architecture\nExperience with:\nAzure Cloud (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)\nDatabricks and Microsoft Fabric integration\nSQL & NoSQL databases\nFamiliarity with:\nDocker and containerization\nCI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)\n??
