We are actively looking for a Workfront Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in workflow automation and hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion. This is a hybrid functional + light development role focused on optimizing campaign workflows.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Workfront SME, you will monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance campaign workflow automation in Adobe Workfront, while leveraging Workfront Fusion to evolve and optimize workflows based on business needs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

✔️ Monitor campaign workflows, forms, approvals, and routing logic
✔️ Identify and resolve workflow issues across stages
✔️ Ensure stability and smooth functioning of automation flows

🔹 Workflow Optimization & Evolution (Fusion)

✔️ Enhance workflows using Workfront Fusion
✔️ Translate campaign manager requirements into workflow logic
✔️ Build small-to-medium automation enhancements
✔️ Follow governance and best practices

🔹 End-User Support & Enablement

✔️ Act as SME for workflow-related queries
✔️ Provide training, documentation, and support
✔️ Assist in onboarding teams to new workflows

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 4–8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (forms, approvals, workflows)
✅ Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion
✅ Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skills
✅ Ability to translate business processes into workflows
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management

⭐ Nice-to-Have

➕ Workfront / Fusion certifications
➕ Experience with AEM, CRM, or marketing systems
➕ Exposure to campaign operations or MarTech workflows
➕ Knowledge of governance & workflow best practices
