Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports using Power BI Desktop.
• Build and maintain Analysis Services reporting models.
• Design tabular and multidimensional data models aligned with data warehouse standards.
• Connect to multiple data sources, import data, perform data transformation, and optimize datasets for reporting and analytics.
• Create advanced DAX calculations, measures, KPIs, and queries in Power BI.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure adherence to data governance and security standards.
• Develop scalable and high-performing BI reporting solutions.
• Optimize dashboard and query performance for large datasets and enterprise-level reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, UX/UI teams, and internal technical teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, and design methodologies.
• Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies during analysis.
• Generate business insights and present findings to client and leadership teams.
• Support analytics integration with enterprise governance, quality, and security platforms.
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

Additional Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables and advanced functions.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Experience connecting Azure Synapse with Tableau.
