🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hyperion P&E Senior Consultant to lead Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) implementation and support activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, development, integration, and delivery of Oracle Cloud FP&A solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations
Gather and analyze business requirements and design solutions
Develop and manage Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting applications
Handle data integration, metadata management, and system configurations
Design and implement business rules, calculations, forms, and dashboards
Perform system testing, UAT, and hypercare support
Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
Manage risk, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination
Mentor junior consultants and support delivery excellence
✅ Must Have Skills
Oracle Hyperion Planning / EPBCS / PCMCS
Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS OOB modules
Custom & Reporting Cubes
Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards
MDX Calculations, Metadata Management
EPM Automate, Batch/Shell scripting
Groovy Scripting
Shared Services Security
Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
🌟 Good to Have Skills
ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
EDMCS / EPRCS
Third-party reporting tools
Performance tuning & optimization
Prototyping and solution enhancements
🎓 Education
CA / BE / B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized university
