Role Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Vice President – Private Equity Operations with strong expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and end-to-end private equity operations. The ideal candidate will come from leading organizations within the Private Equity (PE) domain and bring deep functional and leadership experience.\n?? Key Responsibilities\nLead and manage end-to-end Private Equity fund accounting operations.\nOversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor reporting.\nEnsure accuracy in capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations.\nManage fund structures including LP/GP accounting and allocations.\nDrive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.\nLead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.\nHandle client escalations and ensure high service quality and delivery.\n?? Required Skills & Expertise\nStrong expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting\nDeep understanding of:\nNAV Calculations\nCapital Calls & Distributions\nWaterfall Models\nFinancial Statements & Reporting\nKnowledge of Real Estate / PE fund structures (preferred)\nStrong understanding of GAAP / IFRS accounting standards\nExperience in client handling and stakeholder management\nLeadership and team management experience\n??
