We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Private Equity Operations with strong expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and end-to-end private equity operations. The ideal candidate will come from leading organizations within the Private Equity (PE) domain and bring deep functional and leadership experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Private Equity fund accounting operations.
Oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor reporting.
Ensure accuracy in capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations.
Manage fund structures including LP/GP accounting and allocations.
Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control standards.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Handle client escalations and ensure high service quality and delivery.
