🔍 Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Hyperion P&E Senior Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Cloud FP&A implementations. This role involves working with global teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring high-quality solutions across all phases.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of:
Hyperion Planning
Essbase
PBCS / EPBCS / PCMCS applications
Drive requirement gathering, project delivery, and risk assessment.
Develop integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.
Manage system testing, UAT, and Hypercare activities.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and technical excellence.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with onsite teams, stakeholders, and business users.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Mentor junior team members and guide project execution.
🧩 Must-Have Skills & Experience
3 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Planning / Hyperion
Strong hands-on experience in:
EPBCS / PCMCS
OOB Modules, Custom Cubes, Reporting Cubes
Expertise in:
Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards
Data Integration & Metadata Management
MDX Calculations
Experience with:
EPM Automate
Batch/Shell scripting
Groovy scripting
Strong knowledge of:
User provisioning & security setup in Shared Services
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
➕ Good to Have Skills
Experience in:
ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS
Third-party reporting tools
Expertise in prototyping, performance optimization, and solution enhancements
🎓 Education
CA / BE / B.Tech or equivalent from a recognized university
