🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced KEMP Director – Mall Operations to oversee end-to-end mall operations, including facility management, tenant coordination, leasing support, and safety compliance. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day mall operations including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical services
Coordinate with tenants for fit-outs, handovers, and occupancy management
Support leasing activities and ensure smooth onboarding of new tenants
Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and statutory compliance
Monitor and control operational budgets, vendor performance, and costs
Oversee vendor management and ensure service quality standards are met
Maintain high standards of safety, security, and customer experience
Resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning of all mall activities
🛠️ Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
8+ years of experience in mall or retail operations (leasing exposure preferred)
Strong knowledge of facility management and tenant coordination
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
