As a Senior Business Analyst – Data Science, you will design and implement advanced mathematical models to optimize supply chain systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into scalable analytical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

💡 Key Responsibilities
📊 Mathematical Modeling & Optimization
Develop and refine models for inventory management, production planning, transportation, and distribution networks
Apply advanced techniques like linear programming, integer programming, network flow, simulation, and heuristics
Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments
Translate business requirements into optimization problems
📈 Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy, preprocessing, and integrity in collaboration with data teams
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve supply chain performance
🚀 Solution Deployment
Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Balance speed to market with analytical rigor
Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Project Managers for timely deployment
🔬 Research & Innovation
Stay updated on latest trends in Operations Research and Supply Chain Optimization
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical approaches
✅ Required Qualifications
🎓 Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or related field
💼 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization
🧠 Strong expertise in:
Mathematical modeling & optimization techniques
Linear & Integer Programming, Simulation, Heuristics
💻 Programming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB
Experience with tools like Gurobi, CPLEX, FICO
Data tools: Pandas, NumPy
📊 Experience in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
🚚 Solid understanding of supply chain concepts:
Demand Forecasting
Inventory Management
Logistics & Distribution
