You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business challenges into scalable analytical solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.\n\n?? Key Responsibilities\n?? Mathematical Modeling & Optimization\nDevelop and refine models for inventory management, production planning, transportation, and distribution networks\nApply advanced techniques like linear programming, integer programming, network flow, simulation, and heuristics\nPerform scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments\nTranslate business requirements into optimization problems\n?? Data Analysis & Insights\nAnalyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights\nEnsure data accuracy, preprocessing, and integrity in collaboration with data teams\nProvide data-driven recommendations to improve supply chain performance\n?? Solution Deployment\nPresent insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders\nBalance speed to market with analytical rigor\nWork closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Project Managers for timely deployment\n?? Research & Innovation\nStay updated on latest trends in Operations Research and Supply Chain Optimization\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation in analytical approaches\n? Required Qualifications\n?? Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, or related field\n?? 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Optimization\n?? Strong expertise in:\nMathematical modeling & optimization techniques\nLinear & Integer Programming, Simulation, Heuristics\n?? Programming skills in Python, R, or MATLAB\nExperience with tools like Gurobi, CPLEX, FICO\nData tools: Pandas, NumPy\n?? Experience in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI\n?? Solid understanding of supply chain concepts:\nDemand Forecasting\nInventory Management\nLogistics & Distribution\n??
