Position: RPA Blue Prism Lead

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable up to 1 Year)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RPA Blue Prism Lead to drive enterprise automation initiatives, lead automation delivery teams, and ensure operational excellence across RPA programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Blue Prism, strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical skills, and experience managing production support, governance, and stakeholder engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery using Blue Prism.
Drive automation strategy, solution design, and implementation best practices.
Mentor and guide RPA developers and automation teams.
Manage automation pipelines, project planning, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
Solution Design & Governance
Define and enforce Blue Prism architecture standards and development best practices.
Conduct PDD (Process Design Document) and SDD (Solution Design Document) reviews.
Perform effort estimation, solution assessments, and technical feasibility studies.
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
Review code quality and support CI/CD implementation.
Production Support & Operations
Oversee production support activities and ensure automation stability.
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and escalation handling.
Monitor SLAs, process health, bot performance, and operational reporting.
Coordinate with support teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for automation processes.
Integration & Emerging Technologies
Integrate Blue Prism solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
Leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance automation outcomes.
Support automation initiatives involving UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop custom solutions using .NET (C#) and Python where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
8+ years of experience in RPA with Blue Prism as the primary platform.
Strong expertise in Blue Prism architecture, design standards, and framework development.
Experience leading RPA delivery teams or Automation CoE initiatives.
Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and Python.
Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and CI/CD environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in production support, incident management, and RCA.
Preferred Skills
Experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations within automation projects.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance.
Experience managing enterprise-scale automation programs.
